Desiree Lambert- Founder/Creative Flamingo

Desiree began her career in the dance, theatre and theme park industries as a performer (including costumed character performer!), show director and choreographer specializing in licensed character brands and theatre for young audiences. It was through these experiences that Desiree witnessed firsthand the power of storytelling and the impact of emotion in creating a connection with the audience. 

Desiree's passion for directing and choreographing live shows continues, but over the past decade she has expanded into the consumer event sector, finding a passion for writing creative narratives and concepts, creatively directing light shows and immersive experiences as well as creating video storyboards and fundraising content for nonprofit organizations. 

Desiree strives to create experiences that will bring people together by tapping into the emotional vocabulary of every project and leading with kindness and compassion. Desiree has provided creative consulting, concept design and creative direction for several large scale events, experiences and shows including: LumiNature for the Philadelphia Zoo, Luminaria at Thanksgiving Point, Seasonal Light Show Experiences for Sesame Place and Missouri Botanical Garden,  Sealebration for Zoo Lights at the Oregon Zoo, Monster Stomp and O' Wondrous Night for SeaWorld San Antonio.
